Sewer Line Rehabilitation Update
Am-Liner East Inc., with whom the City has contracted to rehabilitate the sewers along Taylor Run, is expecting an additional 8 weeks of rehabilitation of the sewer line along West Taylor Run Parkway and Angel Park. Please note the following from the notice:
AM-LINER EAST INC. WILL BEGIN THE LINING PROCESS WITHIN THE NEXT TWO
WEEKS. THIS WORK MAY ENTAIL WORK OUTSIDE OF NORMAL HOURS. YOU CAN
EXPECT TO SEE ACTIVITY PAST 8:00PM AND SOME OF THE EQUIPMENT WILL RUN
THROUGH THE NIGHT ON SOME OF THE DAYS. ALL WASTE WATER IS BEING BYPASSED.
HOWEVER, IF YOUR SERVICE IS CONNECTED TO THE LINE SEGMENT BEING
REHABILITATED YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO NOT USE THE WATER UNTIl THE
SERVICE CONNECTION CAN BE REINSTATED. YOU WILL RECEIVE SEVERAL NOTICES
AS TO DATES AND TIMES IN ADVANCE OF THIS OCCURANCE. PLEASE BE AWARE
THAT DURING THE PROCESS THERE MAY BE AN EMISSION OF A STYRENE
ODOR THAT IS PART OF THE PROCESS. IF THIS BECOMES A PROBLEM FOR YOU

Kindly note that the TRCA is sensitive to both the need for the sewer rehabilitation as well as the potential disruption such rehabilitation posses to our community during the course of the project. We will work with the project managers to address any issues or concerns raised during the course of the project.
